You dont know what your talking about do you?
To put it in non-computing terms, to make it slightly more understandable what he just suggested...
Imagine you park your car in a secure car-park, with 24/7 security guards on the only entrance/exit from the underground complex...
Okay so far?
Right, consider you browsing to CS as meaning you drive your car out of the car-park to pick up something from a remote site, and then bring it back to the car-park to use it.
Right?
So, you drive out of the car-park, the security guards monitor you leaving, and when you drive back into the car-park, the security guards monitor you arriving.
Okay?
Well, what you just suggested is the equivalent of zero'ing your mileage on your car to persuade the security guards that you never left!

You still dont have a clue do you?
Clearing your history means fuck all!
If you have a webserver or a router / modem that logs everything you can still find out what sites every one has been to!

I hope that clarification wasn't aimed at me!
Since my clarification wasn't aimed at you, I was putting it in terms the OP and others who aren't into computer-lingo would understand!

Already is Willay, got big systems that monitor all internet traffic, but having over 40,000 staff in Head Offices CS will only be a small line on one fuck off list !
But the word on the NT4e programme is that internet and Laptop will be locked down to a stupid level

Yeah fo sure, banks are going to monitor every bloody connection in their network cause of the nature of the business.
Yes, bank issued laptops (that have fallen into my hands) are normally very retarded and locked down.
