hey, basically my girlfriend is 17, birthday is couple months away so i ordered her a fake ID in June so she would be ok to go out on my birthday.
I paid £15 cash with the order form (£10 for ID, £5 FOR NEXT DAY DEL) and it never came after few days, i emailed him.. no reply. I added to msn and spoke to him, he seemed nice guy said ROYAL mail must have lost it, took details again and never sent...
A few days later i went made and he said blame post.... took detials yet again and it never fuckin came. I then went on hols for 2week, emailed the cunt the other day sayin this:
"Dear sirs,
I ordered an ID for my girlfriend almost 2.5 months, ago. I emailed you frequently with no reply. Then added you to MSN, were I sent u details (again) and you assured me it would be sent. A week later we chatted again, you blamed Royal mail and took details yet again, well she NEVER got it and truly believes your site is a rip off. I frequently buy off the internet and ca'nt believe how much you have messed us about, especially after we chatted on msn for over an hour. Its past the stage were she wants the ID, as for the £15 she payed i will not let this matter drop until i receive a refund.
I am shocked you never sent after we spoke for so long on msn

What should I do?

Also my girlfriend says she wil never buy off net again lol

Considering you were going to use it for something illegal, (underage drinking/entry to a club/pub) there really isnt a huge lot you can do about it.
From the tone of your email, which in my opinion is very aggressive and demanding, I'd be supprised if he's willing to co-operate, regardless of the fact he's in the wrong.
I'd try a nicely worded, correctly spelt and punctuated letter with good grammar, and see where that gets you. Expalin you are aware there may have been some issues with RM, and as you havent had the goods that were paid for delivered that you'd like a full refund.
You'll get a lot further by being polite.

fake id is useless anyway! I work in an off license and only accept driving licences or passports. There are a few official ID cards but its safer to as for them.
One of my friends when we was young, scanned his birthcertificate, changed the dates around and printed it off, worked a few times, suppose its better than nothing.
Or you could just lend a credit card of some female you know, if they ask for id say you haven't got any but i've a credit card her in my name. Still better than nothing, depends on the doorman.

Hayley... I tried been really nice a few times, i had sent am email before that one i cant show it cos hotmail deletes messages over 30days old. I also spoke on msn to him twice for about an hour a time, talking about alsorts, he was showing me new designs etc
Thats why I was pretty pissed in that email, its been two months and hes had her details 3times. I dont belive hes ever posted either as surely the third time he would have paid 30p and got recorded..

I'd just continue to send him letters/emails untill he refunds your money.
Or, cut your losses and drop it, He knows you won't take it to Small Claims Court/ get legal persons involved as the cost of a claim would exceed the cost of the goods, so it'd be pointless.

Hiya mate, i hope you can help me, my girlfriend posted you a id form with £15cash and a SAE on friday and she still hasn't recieved anything, and she needs it asap, thats why she paid the extra fiver and enclosed a SAE also. thanks

Mate tried this and then at another club used a blockbuster card, bouncer said fuck off were not a video shop
best dodgy/real id for a girl is to borrow a friends passport that is legal and looks simular (get hair the same) bouncer usually just checks the dob if theres a crowd and lets her in. used to work back in the underage drinking days
