Tragic but if he'd had stopped running like the police told him too.

That could have been one of your mates, he might have nicked a car stereo or something so he ran when he heard the police.....

It's bad that they shot him and everything, but a man of his race, with all of these bombings going on in london, should have stopped when the police told him too, instead of running away.

They had the house he came from under surveillance because they found the address in one of the bags from thursdays attempted bombings, im guessing they just assumed that he was involved....

If they hadn't shot him, and he had of had a bomb on him and blown loads of people up, that would have been worse than just one person being killed in my oppinion.

Bad news but these split second decisions need making. He was wrong to run and if that's because he had nicked something then unlucky, you got off worse than most of them.

I feel sorry for the copper that shot him more than anything. I agree the victim was an innocent guy but he didn't help himself by the sounds of things, but still, didn't deserve to die.

They shot him 5 times in the head though.
And why did they follow him all the way to the station?
If he was a viable threat why was he not stopped at his house away from thousands of people?
If they can shoot him in the head 5 times I think they could have got away with stopping him straight away.

Maybe there were doubts, and if he hadn't have tried to get on a train quick, there would still be doubts.

Because he ran away. And his house was under servailence, and when they got there, he wasn't there. That's why they were after him, because he was in connection with the other people that had done the 7/7 bombings.
If the police hadn't of shot him and he had of had a bomb strapped to him and he had killed loads of people, the police would have been wrong for not shooting him. Either way the police can't win. I say well done to them, because they did what they thought was best and were thinking of the british public when they shot him.

If any of the PC brigade start asking questions as to why a innocent human being was shot, lets consider the facts
1: Witnesses report seeing up to 20 plain clothes police officers chase a man into Stockwell Tube station from the street
2: One person says the man vaulted the automatic ticket barriers as he made his way to the platforms
3: The most direct route is via this escalator or the staircase that sits alongside it
4: Police challenge the man but he apparently refuses to obey instructions and after running onto a northbound Northern line train, he is shot dead
HOW MANY TIMES DOES THE DUMB ARSE need to be told to stop? In light of recent events what does he expect?
People would have complained if they had not shot him and he managed to blow up 20 people on a train after ignoring Police orders for him to stop.

If 20 people were running after me, I would probably run as well though? Train was a bad choice, but they were plain clothed?

I think it will come out further down the line that he did have
some kind of connection.
