I was in court this morning for a speeding thing, caught doing 105 on the M62 in April. Really thought i was gonna get banned, but one of the reps at work who is from that area recomended a solicitors (sp.) This guy really new his stuff, saying thing that i hadent even thought about like the weather conditions being perfect and there being no other cars about. Ended up with 6 points and a £200 fine, im so fucking happy its untrue.

I have seriously learnt my lesson as well, was quite scary going up infront of a proper judge and stuff, deffinitly dont want to be going thu it again I can now and will deffinitly be attending the NW RR day, Trax and National meet

Average punishment to be honest, i'd of been suprised if you got banned. How much did it cost you for representation?

why would you be supprised at a ban??

doing over 100mph is supposed to be an instant ban,
