Yeah we had lots of German mercinaries in our payroll at the time, we were fighting wars all over the place due to the size of our Empire so had to employ other countries to fight our wars, obviously America was not seen as a priority at the time and France was dealt with, and before we knew it our OWN people had chucked us out
