Have fun, there aren't any parts to tune it. Well apart from that turbo kit which will be more trouble than it's worth. Direct NOS with 100bhp with smash the life out of the engine too.

None, it's cheating , if you want to tune it then get a throttle body set up with custom management, different profile cams, maybe a re-bore... Depends on how far you want to go... You could always put a Z20LET in there

Dbilas do an inlet manifold for the 1.8 which comes with software. I think that brings the bhp up to around 140 - 150 along with raised rev limit.

You would need to put stronger rod bolts on to use NOS, you could safely jet in about 50bhp I think...

Throttle bodys, turbo, low compression pistons, decent sized FMIC, NOS, strengthend bottom end, head work, the list is endless, how much you want to spend?

if your thinking about spending shit loads of money on that engine, why not think of a transplant to the already mentioned z20let?

does this guy think he is on the set of Fast and furious or what?!
Are you taking the piss?

Sounds like one of those bullshitters that pulls out random crap.
IF you had unlimited money to spend on a SRi on engine bits you would drop a Z20LET in. no point messing about is there.

How old are you?

  fucking hell - grow up.

Let me guess you want to keep the standard 1.8 for insurance reasons. You don't think they're gonna care that there's a big turbo attached to it when you crash it and kill a 6 year old girl?

You might as well put in a 2.0 Turbo Z20LEt in there - at least you'd get decent reliabilty with that.
