Last night.............started covering my boot install, had a few beers and a pizza with a mate!

Went to pub at 3pm or so, sat in the beer garden, listening to some funky tunes

Drank lots, got home at 1am or so, watched some porn. Slept.

mate came round, let me boot his cossie up my street and back,adjusted my suspension,watched tv, got weighed at fat class- 2lb loss - and went to bed about 2am

went on a bike ride do to watch my brother rowing. coached him a bit then rode home.

Vacuum cleaned and polished the interior of the car, watched Emmerdale, watched Corronation Street, went to pub with mates, came home and watched Tonight special with Nick Freeman that i recorded whilst i was out, then went to bed at about 12.

i worked. then tried to get on with some work but didn't do any, so i'm doing it now. my assessment is at 1 ish (can't even remember proper time) so im in a mad rush but still no motivation.
