I had a bad experience with them with a screen i ordered, clearly was either 2nd hand or a reutrn, not very helpful on the phone either, until i kept persisting and explained i knew my statutory rights and wanted a refund... Ended up buying a pioneer screen, paid ALOT more but i got the quality i wanted.

I doubt they buy off ebay as they sell on there too and have a couple of thousand feedback IIRC.  i bought a screen the other day, came pretty quickly. I spoke to them on the phone today about wiring it and they were very helpful, explained it all over about 5 mins even when there was about 2 other phones ringing constantly in the background.
so far for customer service
can't comment on the screen yet as I haven't wired it in

Get in contact with them and say you are cancelling the order by the Distance Selling Regulations Act. They argue with you on that and you can instantly get on the phone to trading standards and they will get straight onto it.

u wont they r a night mare sent me 8" screens cus they had no 7" ones and the 8" ones dont fit so wat was the point im getting really annoyed now its been nearly 2 mouth with out any screens
