Think your find they are practically the same car, apart from the 5 has a weaker engine etc. Go for the 6 without a doubt. Don't go near Keighley trade centre, heard their cars are dogs by a lot of people - check out www.lancereregister.com great place to learn about Evos Don't forget the running costs, 5s and early 6s maybe cheap but the running costs certainly aren't.
This is my Tommi Makinen could be for sale for the right price

Had it nearly 2 years so if you want any advice on Evos u2u me

been looking at evos for a while now. Seem to be able to get a 4 for 8-8.5k. The prices on 5/6 seem to overlap a little. Id rather pay 12k for a mint 5 then 12k for a slightly shoddy 6.
whats your tme worth nik? 16k?

About 17-18 I'd say, UK example with decent miles and 1000s worth of mods, most notably AP racing 6 pots and a paddle clutch - both standard items are the biggest let down of Evos so a must have upgrade really

im not too bothered about it being a TME or not, so long as its a good runner and has a few bits done to it...
more power than standard (which aint shy really) but i would live it to be around 340bhp
