Just as a rough guide, what sort of power do you think a C20XE with Jenvey DTH TB's, Emerald ECU mapped by one of the best with probably 8krpm limit, cams (not sure quite which ones yet, but they require pocketed pistons which is also being done), vernier pulleys, ported and polished head, bronze valve guides, new valve springs, ARP rod bolts, full stainless 2.25" straight through exhaust, ad a 4-1 manifold produce?

Weber quote 180 on their Alpha TBs with the out of the box map on a standard XE.
You should tip 200 with that spec.

All depends on the rev limit.

its pretty similar to the TP225 kit that SBD have, or are those figures a bit over optimistic?

providing the engine is pushing out around the 150 as standard the throttle bodies and management should put u up to 180 the i would expect from cams, headwork and spot on timing with the limit at 8k i would be a little worried if you was under 200bhp

will find out and get back to you, i know they are aggressive enough to need the pocketed pistons though.

TP225 would be a dyno engine figure, quite accurate, but not in the "real" world.
