...if you're pissed off and want to relieve some tension? BTW, not the sort of tension that goes away when you knock one out...
I usually go for a drive, but I feel like I'll end up mowing down pedestrians if I go out now...

Go out and get wasted.
Listen to some chilled music.
Knock one out.
Pay a tramp to let me punch him.

Anyway i would go for a drive to a quite spot and sit and think and look at things, lake, planes etc etc
ring up an old friend and go for a beer or grab a footy etc and go have a kick about,
or do like i used to and when school or parents wa sgetting me down get the motocross bike and ride around for a few hours!!

I'm usually so laid back I'm lying down, but eery so often something happens which makes me crack...
Not many of the lads in town atm, all off on placement, might just go for a drive out into the country. Did that last night though and some goon tried to wipe me out with his mondeo.
Wish I still had my rifle.

I normally go for a drive, park up somewhere, have a ciggy whilst thinking about whats wound me up. Most of the time I realise that whats happened isn't actually a big deal & go back to being a happy chappy
Or I call up a friend & chew their ear off about it
