Seems a bit like the bloke round the corner from me who has same car but between all the speed bumps on our street feels the need to nail it as fast as possible and then slms on his brakes to go over it 
Doesn't have the silly badge though. Wasn't there some discussions if it was an M3 badge that it was illegal like the gsi thread?

by the way steve, i heard from a friend of a friend....
that if u dent in a roof of a BMW then nine times outta ten its gonna be a write off.
dont quote me its jus what i heard, but it will teach the guy not to piss people off by makin his car look like something its not

Take a Sledgehammer to the top of the A-post on any car worth under £20-25k and it will most certainly Write it off...
Insurance companies and Bodyshops are reluctant to re-shell new cars nowadays as it's a Pain in the arse and with labourcosts it's just not Economical for repair
