Opnions?
Alien Vs Predator is based in 2005
Ripley and the Nostromo pick up a homing beacon from a Derelict space craft in 2122 (Alien)
Ash the android was planted on the Nostomo by Weyland
Ripley found floating in space 57 years after Alien (2179)
Ripleys Daughter, Amy was 11 in 2122, therefore making Ripley around 23 at time of her birth.
So Ripleys DOB is 2099, which is 94 years after humans first contact with the Alien, what is even greater is Weyland was present and funded the exploration of the Predator pyramid, so in the 116 years between Alien Vs Predator and Alien, Weyland becomes Weyland-Yutani (Yutani is obviously the company which purchased Weyland after his death in AvP) and they spend these years looking for the Alien and in 2122 there wish comes true and plant Ash in the Nostromo as they somehow get word of a crashed Alien ship on a unchartered planet at that time LV-426
I should write the script for the prequal to Alien.

But the Weyland from Alien vs Predator is the human Weyland.
The Weyland in Alien3 was another cyborg, brought in as a friendly face to try and negociate with Ripley.

so what exactly would the script be about?
drifting a little bit, Predator had alien skeletons in their ship.
Predators came to earth ages ago to hunt/kill/train/play.
Prequel going to be aliens vs predator again?

in avp you saw a predalien which to my knowledge has not been shown in any of the predator / alien series ever.
does this mean that we can expect a AVP2?

He was the real first Weyland in AvP, obviously they modeled all androids on him after his death (ignoring Ash in Alien), not quite sure how they get around the Weyland/Charles Bishop charachter in Alien 3 as it does'nt tie in with AvP.

BTW he is human in Alien 3 as when struck over the head he has red blood rather than white.
Unless they just say he was a copy of Bishop in Aliens.
I just borrowed the Quadrilogy from my sister so I'm gonna watch Alien 3 tonight and brainstorm tomorrow at work with myself under the desk.

The entire film is totally different, and the way the story is pieced together is totally different.
To start with I thought it was better, but its not as dark.
The first 10 mins are the most different.
Watch it SetH
