Bought a "Genuine Vauxhall Spoiler off Ebay last week" off ebay , for £65 .
When I got it , it was clear that it was not a Vauxhall one , due to the lack of vauxhall stamp , and the many bulges and basically shit quality .
Prepped , primed and sprayed it which I was pleased with but then fitting it was shit.
Was extremely hard to fit , and now it's on , I can see in comparison to other corsas on here that the spoiler is overall quite a bit fatter than the genuine item ?
I'm not happy , but what are your opinions ?

Cheers
Gregor

Looks genuine from where I'm sitting.
None genuine ones normally have no flick at the end and are really bulky
But looking at it again, looks kinda bulky at the bottom.
Go to Vauxhall and get one, you could be suprised how cheap they are.
Like when I went and got the GSi stickers for my Nova, everyone was harping on about how they cost £30 each, get down Vauxhall and they are a £10+ VAT.
So its always worth checking Vauxhall first.

Can't send something back to ebay mate
I could have gone to vauxhall but they would have charged at least 120 .

U can e-mail the seller annd say ur a cunt... and i want me money back!!!
U have every right for a refund as the seller "sold" a vauxhall part and you have not had a vauxhall part!
Hope that makes sence!

Yes but I have sprayed the spoiler , can't return it other than how it was purchased .
Other pic

If it looks acceptable to others then I suppose thats ok , but I will probably end up replacing it a few months down the line . I'm sure removing tigerseal will be loads of fun

Pretty sure all the vauxhall one should have 2 parts, a black plastic part that you cant really see underneath it, and then the other bit that you can see.
TBh it doesnt look too bad from the pics though. Its obviouslyt got to be slightly fatter than the tail gate, otherwise the standard cars would look odd .

Looks like a shit fit to me cos the spoiler should line up with the boot line. That could be down to either not being a genuine spoiler or your fitting is crap (no offense intended)

Real one..

Yours does look bulky and a bit fatter around the bottom and sides. I don't understand why you didn't contact the seller before you sprayed it? If they have lied about what they have selling, you have every right to a refund, and can even report people to ebay for that.

It's far too much hassle trying to get a refund on it . Like many have said it isnt noticeable unless pointed out .
I would leave it , but to I will always notice it , so will probably get rid of this , and get a genuine one
