Got a saxo today!!!!!

A 1999 V reg VTS 16v, has 60K FSH and 12months tax for £2.2K

Bargain IMO, lot of car for the money; has chav lights on at the mo but also have the standard ones which will be going back on 2morrow

Just fully de-chaved it, no more lexus lights, stickers and chrome wiper blades!!!

All i need now is a new tyre as have a steel wheel on the front as had a blow out on the way back from picking up yesterday!

Better than any standard corsa, and on an even par with the XE's below a ton, handle better, just not built quite as well.

You mislead boy.... Saxo's are shite on the inside. Have you seen the ammount of plastic in them? The doorcards aren't even trimmed in the base spec models

Oh, and they won't be as fast as a 2.0 Corsa...

I've never seen a VTS stay with a XE at Santa Pod, never.

Mostly they run 16.0 second 1/4's which is about right.

Wait a minute . . neither do corsas! oh and how can you compare a car with a standard engine and another with a bigger engine transplated in it?

Some peoples rose tinted glasses on this forum have gone very dark!
