For urinating in public, why didn't Paula Radcliffe also get this when she was on the TV to millions of veiwers.

She made a public apology and I will happly do the same if im refunded my £80, I feel this is a joke how it is one rule for one and not the other.

I was threated to be put on the sex offenders list had anyone seen me.

contradicting info from the bbc, websites, newspapers ... all seem to either say she went for a piss or had a cramp
