Are you replying to a message?

Try it as a new message that sometimes works

It happens quite a lot on the o2 network. You could try taking the battery out of the phone whilst it is still switched on leaving it for about 30 secs and then turning it back on. The phone has too search for the cell site again this sometimes cures it.

It might just be around my area (bath/bristol) but we always get people coming in the shop asking about it. It usually sorts itself out tho
