I was speaking to the bloke who put one in the KA, and he kept saying do it. So just trying to figure out if its possable 4x4 is not that difficult.

4x4 shouldnt be that difficult get the floor pan out of the old Fiat Panda 4x4 and have it welded in or another floor pan the same width as the corsa..

Jamie it's awaste of money puttin LETs and XE's into Corsa's but everyone does it either way you can still take the engine out at the end of the day and put it into something else

*cough* Supercharged LET Cally (or Corsa if you can fit it) with 4x4, now that would be worth seeing

4x4 is easyish doing it with a cally or cav 4x4 floor pan though exhuast, dash and seats will both have to be altertered.

But if I can get my hands on the cossie my mate is selling for a decent price as all the bodywork is shit.
Thinking would it be easier to use all the parts of this.

Its illeagl to have twin engines on the road, though an easier solution.

Been looking and planning this for a couple of days now lol.

yes, it will cost you lots of £££ and alot of headaches and late nights - plus it will take you alot longer than you think.

So i would stick to doing a 4x4 LET corsa - would be a lot less hassle that doing anything with a cossy engine in a corsa - plus, i agree that it would be a waste of time and cossy engine.

Thought about that but the cossie (as it is a rust bucket) will be about the same price for the car as a decent let and cally or cav 4x4 parts.

And its something to do in the eveings and weekends.

Why not buy the Cossie.. and wait for a Shell to turn up?? there has been a few Shells for sale before, although you have to make sure the shell is A1 nick cos it's around £8.5k to buy all the Genuine panels and then fitting the kit and spraying plus labour!
