new wheels...



new suspension.....




new brakes...





the aul 1.2 8v had to go.....




dirty as feck.....but hey ho... it shifts

wow, I remeber seeing those pics of when you first got the car.

What polish did you use?? That's amazing. I've done that before with polish on red cars, but as soon as the paint gets wet it fads again.

thanks for the comments lads

J1400: the first clean up when i got it consisted of.... wash the car, then compound it, then meguirs wax....

i honestly though that there was no way back for the paint work cos it was very very pink.... but my brother works in the marine industry convinced me it was repairable.... bit of elbow grease and up she came.... no buffer used

Cool! I like the subtle cars the best. Like the route you've taken with that. The current look is ace, hope it stays that way.

Just some nicer seats now from an SRi or something and it's sorted.
