The tw@t that drove into me didnt have insurance either   
So I have had to claim from my own insurance 
The accident happened on the 25th of Jan & Ive only just agreed on the settlement due to them trying to rip me off big time

Just got to keep saving for an ITR

Insurance is steep enough on a UK spec & TBH I think I prefer them 
Just unsure red, white or black

Ill just see whats about at the time! I paid my insurance up front in October & they are saying that they wont refund the premium for the rest of the year, so it looks like Ill be driving the 1.4 Golf for a while

Ive agreed a settlement of £6k, but it was a pain in the arse trying to get them to payout! They offered something like £4200 at first!
Just got wait til October to sort another out tho, as they wont pay out the remainder of the policy

Thats why it pays to pay monthly! Thats bad shit about the guy having no insurance, can't you take him to the civil court or anything to claim back some damages?

Ive got a solicitor looking into his finances at the mo 
Gonna try & sue the cnut 
Even though I had protected NCB, my premium will still go up at the renewal But I can supposedly claim the extra cost back, Ill wait & see
