firstly a massive thanks to adam_b the guy is a top dude firstly he sorted me out a really good deal on my coilovers and did all the messing about to get me some cobra subframes as theyre ghey and u have to have tailored jobbies for the sidewinders.
But most of all for giving his day off up to helping me fitting seats and the coilovers 
anyway heres some pics he took over the day




getting cage fitted in nxt two weeks then cars going in for respray in 3 weeks time and then new wheels will be going on once everything is finished, then it will be time to fully lower the fronts there as high as they can go n theyre still lower than my previous gmax sports kit 60mm

were they a biatch coz my opus r virtually the same as sidewinders, and i was thinking bout gettin them lower as they r on adaption bars atm, worthe the hassle?

im strggling with subframes too! in the way i resent paying 60 or whatever they are per seat for something thats the same basicly as whats in the car
whats the adaption bar buisnesss?

cheaper more sensible solution if u ask me they fit to ur exisitng frames and obviously fit ur new seats

ermm sum bloke was making them ages back but got mine second ahnd of glsi_guy.
sit bout an inch higher than standard seats

i had shit written on the back of my car last time i saw adam too 
i suggest cutting his fingers off to prevent this from happening to others, but i'm afraid he might use hiw willy.

there upside down then, should be |______| with the seat sat 'in' the adapter bars. will loose you about 2 inches of height
