Me and a friend are looking into going away somewhere in the summer but not in Europe.

So far we've come up with Cancun, or a fly drive holiday starting in New York or Miami and seeing where we get within 2 weeks.

Any other ideas? No real criteria as long as its away from Europe.

Mates have went to Cancun - said it was great but hundreds of loud yanks holidaying also

I've been warned Cancun is full of yanks. That'd probably piss me off a little

Haven't looked into a fly drive Colin, just a random idea. Wouldn't have to drive I guess, could get trains and coaches or something.

Australia probably not. Would take more planning I reckon. Plus it's mega expensive to even get there, let alone have fun when your over there.

Yeah they said it pissed them off alot - 2 of them went with there gf's - loud mouthy yanks trying to chat up there missus every night

Said it was good apart from that tho

Think flydrive ideas to fly there then pick up the hire motor and drive about?? Package deal to Florida would suit better - pickup from airport etc.

i went cancun in jan this year for 2 weeks, had been b4 aswell. Its great lovely weather and loads of ladies

. Yes the loud americans do kinda get annoying but hey ur on holiday so just forget them

. Canada is lovely, i love toronto expess in winter all the snow and frozen lakes which you can ice skate on etc

go to cancun during the american or canadian spring break, may time i think, really really good fun, best hols ive ever had
