howmany of you miss breakfast? i never used to be able to eat it... i started weight watchers 2 weeks ago and i been eatin breakfast and feel loads better for it 
ive had today
50g of Alpen (2 points)
0.5pint of milk (2points)
2 slices of toast (2 points)
Marmite (0 points)
im allowed 23 a day

I have fruitful which is a b box, 2 pieces of toast which is a b box
I have soup i make myself for dinner which is free
then i have 10 syns to use for my evening meal

yea but i did slimming world for like a year and half, lost 2 stone but found it too restrictive for going out a lot.... ww is a lot easier to me

4 points for lunch
13 for tonight cos im going out

I always have brekfast. feel ill without it. normally a bowl of cheerios or something. Porrige in winter. I just started those frosted wheats they are nice but will never replace Lucky Charms. Did they get banned because there was soooo much sugar in them or something?

i cant eat chocolate but when its soemthign likes frosties or ricilcles (sp) then im fine

i eat GI foods its so much better as its not a diet just a way of eating
so for breakfast its poached egg on a slice of granery

mates just started this
slimming world aint really a diet either i dont think, its pretty easy
saying that neither is weight watchers cos i can eat what i want as long as its within my points

Ive done weight watchers ... i thought they give you too much freedom! 
Its a diet, course its gunna be restrictive. Personal preference thou.
My mums lost nearly 5 stone at slimming ... but she has self discipline

We started a slimming club in work bout 4 weeks ago I dont stick to any diet just eat healthier I have lost half a stone and have been exercising 2-3 times a week.

good thing about the GI way is you can eat as much as you like as often as you like aslong as you eat GI food. i am lucky as we get free fruit delivered to work so i sit all day eating oranges, apples and bananas

eat 4 healthy meals a day and you will speed up your motabolism and loose weight all that points shit is bollocks!

totally agree but sounds daft i stick to it knowin im goin every week to get weighed etc, it gives me more motivation than doin it on myown and i refuse to own a set of scales cos id be obsessive

Depends what time i get up, if it's early early i dont have it as it makes me feel sick but if im going out about 9:30/10 i will have it 
If i don't have breakfast i deffo make up for it during the day anyway i'm a pig
