What's the difference with what he's doing and the people that do 2.0 conversions and keep the car registered as 1.2 and god knows what else.

So Mav's insurance company doesn't care, the DVLA doesn't care... so what the hell are we all doing by declaring mods?

whats the point in declaring mods? By the time you've crashed into some one you've got the whole time in the world to strip the car (only works if its a non serious accident, where they dont bring the flat bed pick up truck out)

Because if you injure someone or cause alot of damage and your insurance catches you - your fucked!!!!!! Simple as that Also when such like happens, and it does from time to time.......it helps push the rest of our premiums up!!! If I know someone was driving a car they shouldnt I wouldnt think twice about reporting them either
