A reasonable amount of time to give a company to deliver goods you have paid for before you get pissed off and ask for a refund???

i paid for a dongle 10 days ago paid £2 for delivery within 1-3 days and still not got it,

sent a right snotty complaint in yesterday askin for my goods and a refund of the £2 seein as though i could have got it elsewhere faster

hate it when that happens
