this is whats left of my car -

and after 2 months the 3rd party has finally accepted liability, which means an assessor is coming 2 view my car 2moz, problem is, car isnt as standard as it sais on my policy? i have put most of the internal parts back 2 standard but, my back box is welded on, and my red door panels are still in, would this affect the assessor or my claim 2morrow when he views it?

just say it was on your car when you bought it and you were unaware it wasnt standard if they question it.

Legally they should pay out whatever but you may have problems getting insured in the future once this fact is logged. Very unlikely, but let us know how you get on.

im with direct line with 3rd party fire n theft with motor legal protection, so when i crashed my insurance said they arent doing anythin and handed my case over to a solicitor, it took 2 months to finally get in touch with the old lady, and shes now accepted it was her fault, and an assessor is coming to view the car 2mo, thats all i know so far
