i were skinny untill about 3months ago , i now have put loads of weight on ,thats du to eating mc d`s and junk food , joys of working on building sites eh

if ya want to put weight on eat alot of calories

6am shake + porridge
10am 6 eggs 2 toast tin beans
1pm 2 chicken breats or tuna n tice
3 shake
5 tea
7 post work shake
8 chicken again
10 shake before bed
working a treat

correct, calories do. Do a search for maximuscle or promass. I used them both and have gained over a stone and as long as I keep working out it will stay muscle

No, protein doesn't give you definition. You can use protein to gain muscle, maintain muscle whilst losing fat etc. Protein is just a supplement, you will get definition from your training/nutrition. basically you can use protein with whatever goals you have.

I wouldn't even let the word steroid enter your mind until you've been training for a while, know how your muscles/body functions, have your nutrition 100% spot on.
You can take all the juice you want, but without a good diet and a good training regime you wont grow.

if you dont mind taking supliments then take ProGain from MaxiMuscle
It will work if you also follow it with a good diet of Carbs (not crappy foods like McD's n stuff..)
add lots of protein (im going on a bit here)
JUST HAVE A GOOD BALANCED DIET....and take proGain

only take em if you want faster results.. you will gain weight naturally by doing what Super Si says.. or speed things up...
supps are not the way forward.. but its an easy way out

To be honest, at the early stage of training, which it sounds to be likely, you won't need gaining shakes anyway's hit them when you get some size, shakes aid food, shakes alone will not give you bulk, Biological facts prove that.
