Guy near me has invested in one of these:

Drives past a fair bit, have also seen it on the motorway, and O-M-G, it looks and sounds better in real life than I could have imagined. I nearly creamed my pants when I first saw it...
Anyone else feel the need to own one of these cars???

The old Factory is in the neighbouring town. I think they use it for restoration now.
Often see some fancy Astons being tested and stuff,
Nothing better than an Aston Martin

I live in Newport Pagnell - Home of THE Aston Martin Factory! See them all the time and also saw the DB9 Prototype being test driven all masked up!(A while back tho!) I always nearly crash when i go past the place!!! They have got them all lined up on the forecourt from classic DB5's to the new DB9 and Vanq!
And....I work at a nearby hotel where all the lucky guys(and girls) stay when they come to buy their new Astons! Aston Martin also take first time owners to a local track to teach them how to drive them! They always get picked up from the hotel by a Vanquish!! Lucky!!

Aston Martin = Fixed or Repaired Daily
The DB7 had more parts from a Fiesta and Escort than it did Astons own stuff
And the engines are Basically two Mondeo V6's welded together giving you 6.0 and a V12 tuned by Cosworth aswell
Although i Have to say the interior of the DB9 is a Masterpiece compared the the old DB7's and the DB9 has more of an Edge to it

What better testbed for components than a few million every day drivers. At least the stuff will be reliable.

yeah but plastic buttons and gay looking clocks are not what you expect in a GT Car like an Aston martin
the DB9 though has a crystal starter button dont see that in your average Fiesta or Focus now tho do you
