If i get time tomorrow i'll do the rear. Is is just a case of un-doing the bottom of the shock, lowering the swinging arm and taking the spring out?

what one person to do the lot, and thats with roaring down to tyre place to swap the springs over!!
Also i replace all the bolts with new vaux ones and usually waxoil the arches 2!
Yeh sly_sri thats the idea for the rears, i use a jack on the rear beam, lower it down slowly so the springs dont twang off and then put the springs in etc and jack up till the bolts align

Jack the car to normal height and note the position of the spring, then drop the jack and adjust the slider to that length, then find a big empty car park and do a few emergency stops with quarter of a turn on the wheel see what happens.
