Without asking your permission what can u do about it? And esp when the still show your number plate

depends... was the picture one you took or icy took??

if it was one took for a shoot then the picture is there property so they can sell it on regardless...

Pretty much nothing official, copyright belongs to photographer and there is no issue over model release.

You could possibly just email asking them to remove if thats what you want.

guessing you probably cud, contact the company and tell them to remove it or pay u or ull take legal action. that shud make them think a bit!

You can always contact the admin and ackowledge the fact that your the owner of the car and not to impressed on the fact they're using it without permision. They could either take it off or you can come to a conclusion on keepin it on the site.

Icy took the picture. Only places I know that pic is is on my fotki site and his one. So they must of got it there unless its been passed around

You should watermark your pictures.

put pinktigra.co.uk across them all with a slight transparency, then you get more hits when people use your pics..

It seems pretty rude that to me.. Anyone who puts a car up on the web without the owners permission should blank the reg.. I'd just get them to change the pic though and be proud that your car is being used

You can find out stuff from Reg plates so i'm sure its illegal and if its not - it should be!

I has this with auto tint design, i rang them asking to keep the picture but give me a discount on some lights, they told to me GTF!

I let toby at vaux-tec use my car as the webpage cover as i know he treats customers right and always looks after me for it
