seeing as lot of people call themselves British these days, but how many were fighting in the world wars?

being a Brit is different to being british, when someone refers to a Brit in another country they usually have an imagine of a footy hooligan or chubby bloke with socks and sandels.

What do you think on this matter?

but people who move over here do they refer to themselves as English as well as British

You can have an english-muslim as they would have been born in england but their faith is muslim

is david beckham kid gonna be spainish?

seems weird that british people move abroad but keep tied to their roots and will call themselves "british living in ............. (insert country)

Their children would be classed as american and british citizens but their english by blood
