How is it funny? That symbol is prolly the most hated in the world, and causes a great deal of pain for people who were affected by it...
I don't think a member of probably the most famous and upheld families in the world is making a particularly great political statement by wearing it...
I'm not worried about the british public, just takes quite a lot to have the Israeli foreign minister publically admit his anger...

he wasnt trying to make a political statement he was at a private party in fancy dress there is no hidden agenda behind it.it is just another example of this world going pc mad!!i know of many people who have dressed up as the german ss.why the fuck 60 years later are we still scared of a symbol!!!

He is always making a political statement when in public and he will always be under the public eye, he cant escape that fact and it wasa wrong of him to do what he did. A public appology would have been best but too late now.

Who really cares? It doesn't mean anything.
The only reason it dominates the news is because of Labour and the way they sway things in their favour. 2/3 days ago the papers were dominated by stories of Blair and Brown not getting along. Where have those stories gone? This Nazi thing has certainly kept them off the front cover (for now).
