30,000 on the same oil!!?

my mates M3 Evo did 19k on the same oil.... I told him he is a retard and he should flush his head down the toilet!

had mine changed 4 times in 3 years - and only done about 40 000 miles; changed every 10 k miles

about 7k ago i think only adam-d knows..

so..... im told you can just slip a new cam belt on yourself??? true or best to take it to a garage and pay £80??????? only my step dad whos was a mechanic sliped a ne wone on my old corsa 1.2 and it was perfect thereafter.............. dont chat to him now tho so might have to do it myself.
