Buy it if you can afford the car, insurance and running costs.

The amount of fun you could have is priceless.

However, get a quote on a S1 Lotus Elise. Cheaper to run, IMO more fun (more real, less control from a computer) and cheaper to insure.

More to buy but rock solid residuals.

Yea, talking 10k really for an Elise. Supposedly cheap as chips to run though, 40mpg, cheap servicing and parts etc .

Considering a S2 Elise myself. So much fun.....

Im paying £3800 on my W reg UK Turbo.
Im 21 with 3 years NCB.
95% of companies wouldn't even quote me.
Ive got the Lexus IS200 insured with Directline and they wouldn't quote me on the scoob until i was 25. Tescos wouldn't until i was 23. I ended up getting insured with keith Michaels.

you have to be careful with those types of insurance quotes. My friend went and got a quote like you, it was about half what other insurance companies were quoting, so he went and bought the car. When he went back to elephant on the buy now option it wouldnt give him the policy even though it gave him the quote.

Best thing to do is go on buy now even though you arent taking it out then. This way you will know if they will give you the insurance one way or another.

Thing is jon you have to have a Reg number. They can't give you cover if you ain't got a car!

Vibs i only do about 100 miles a week ans work is only 2 miles down the road so if needs be i'd use my bike

Craig that is wayyyy to much mate But i know what you mean about pissing up a wall!

Sounds good that Nismo

'Corsa nut' anyone will give you an insurance quote on anycar with a registration plate no before you buy it. All i am saying is go on the buy now option to make sure you can get the cover. It would be a shame to buy a car that you cant insure what you thought you could.
