Assuming the pedals are the same as a 106 1.1 (and I can't see why they wouldn't be) then yes, they're far too close together.

After lusting after one for years when i was younger then finanly getting a mint Y reg one i was disapointed mate...

The car is fun to drive don't get me wrong but when your not in the mood for it..it pissed me off like no other car i've ever owned.

Insurance aint to bad..group 13? Canny remember.Brakes are awsome and the handling is good but not as good as everyone raves about as it has a habit of snapping out on you when you push it.I'd rather have a bit of warning meself.Loads of pics in my garage..

Oh and get one with the lowest milage possible.

There nice cars i had two of them; had a few problems with sensors under the bonnet of the second one, dealers service at three different main dealers was really bad, turned out to be a temp sensor costing £20 to fix after i had spent about £600 on other parts and tests at pug!!!

Fast responsive fun to drive cars that are really good on fuel

I meant the pedals about the 1.1 comment..felt different too me like..not sure if it was because the 1.1 was a R reg and mine was Y reg?

Ben-Errrm they have loads of sensors so they can go.Not really problems there a very good car! Just not very well put together They like being ragged to fuk but when driving them slow mine was annoying! I raced all sorts of cars in mine and surprised al of them..V8 Merc's..Focus RS man gave me major thumbs up after a blast.Get them in the power band at the right time and they FLY.

Oh and there's another pic of my GF on that Thread

If you have size 11/12 feet, they're a bit close together.
What's up with Pug dealerships? I've never had a problem with one.

Yeah but its only an 8v and has no luxurys, depends what you want from it.

The non leather interior dosn't look as good but has more support and bigger bulsters than the leather.
