brought some oil treatment stuff called "supercharge" and chucked it in.

was like glue, took ages to pour put in another litre of oil too.

hopefully it will sound better after a few more miles, still sounds a bit rough tho

• Reduces oil consumption via worn piston rings and valves
• Rejuvenates rubber seals and O-rings to prevent oil leaks
• Improves the viscosity index of the oil
• Reduces exhaust smoke levels
• Restores compression and oil pressure

It's just better to use decent oil in th efirst place. I wouldn't touch oil addative with a barge pole.

i don't care too much for my 105,000 mile 1.4 kinder egg engine.

has done well to last this long.

using oil is an old wife's tale imo

i've stuck a couple of them "turd in tube" things in the header tank too.
