What car do you prefer. I think I'm right in saying they are basically the same car. Same engines?
Seems like you can pick up VTS's cheaper. Is the handling the same on both cars?
Cheers

same engine just the shell is abit different, not much difference in them just the 'tag' associated with saxos is more of a 'boyracer' image than a 106

not doubting the 106/saxo are not bad cars but both interiors are as gash as each other. A french car trait i think
Lukey any luck with the astra? You seem converted to te XE recently

I don't see anywhere near as many VTS's than 106 Gti's, i'd go for the saxo i prefer them a bit over the pug

Pug Sport do the dampers for the 106, Saxo uses their own citroen ones. Thus the handling is marginally better on the 106.

The interior on the vts is shite but the gti comes with half leather, half alacantra
gti's also tend to be faster in my opinion, I reckon mine came with about 130bhp standard as it is now producing 148.7 with simota ram air and a ss exhaust and de-cat
get the gti

I agree with Dave, i dont think i have seen 1 VTS around here compared to the 100s of 106 GTi's i see,
VTR's are common as muck, but i never see VTS's

Early VTS's look the same as VTR's so you probably have never noticed.
I prefer the wheels on the later VTS's
But they are still driven by Type-R wannabe drivers.

At peugeot / citroen the standard dampers both have the same part number , so theyre the same.
