was going up a hill just out my street and a pipe had burst and was pishin water over my side of the road,another car met me at that point of the road on the other side so couldnt swerve.car spun out and smacked a wall.

there was no warning signs and the roads been like that since last nite so will try claim off council,will see what happens

It wasn't raining or anything either? The couincils come back will be that you have to be driving at the correct speed for the conditions......

Its a country road in pitch dark and a very steep hill and no warning signs that there was flooding so they could harly blame him for it

If I saw that I would have slowed down to a safe as possible speed, used on/off braking if needed, worse thing you can do is panic.
