gunna get some wheels refurb, but dunno if i should do them white/black or any other colour.

Do them yourself, as Red_sxi i think he does them, he could tell you how.

A bodyshop could. i got mine done at a sand blasting place.. £30 a wheel

Dont think a thing on my old corsa b was done professionally, myself and my mates did most of it.. wheels done by a sand blast job as a side job for extra ££

its not hard to try
