i thought it was 5 years, with for being on but the 5th year they just stay on record or something cack like that?

eitherway, after a few years of having them, most insurers dont worry about them - what ive been told by family members

I think its something silly like the points come off after 4 yrs but stay on ins records for 5......weird - Dunno

4 years icy but need to tell insurance for 5 years .. well thats wat ive heard anyway..

u manage to get a new starter motor after that one u bought was broken

yes is true

but after 3 years when they come off the licence, there aint anything really showing for the insurance to know about...
