well annoying that firewall warning is. every time I boot up i get a waring saying my computer is a risk because norton anti virus's status is unknown even after doing a full system scan.

lol anyone who has a wireless network setup on a machine, dont upgrade to SP2 cos for some reason on 3 diff machines now i can never get an IP on a wireless connection after upgrading. Reverted back to SP1 and all was ok.
And they havent integrated norton properly

i'd just use static IP's personally - no point in havin DHCP if you only have a handful of PC's.

Doesnt matter if you set up a static IP either, still gets jack shit. Set the gateway, subnet, IP, DNS servers and you get nothing. It makes no sense at all.

got wireless kit, but i dont use it - all wired up, other wise id test it :S

They have from version 2004 onwards, 2002 and 2003 need an update (called the WMI Update) to make Norton tell SP2 it's status.
Also, my wireless is fine with SP2 on 2 different laptops.
