Right heres the situation....
If i swapped a phone with a certian person on here, and send mine ( brand new ) to the guy and he sent me his that arrived with no box or manels ( he said it would ) So he said dont worry ill send it down mate....2 weeks later nothing.
He then buys 2 phones ( Sharp GX10, panasonic GD87 for £210 inc del ) So he sends £80 down and then tells me it was a accident and send the other £130 to someone else  ...so i say ok mate, im not posting anything till the other money arrives...so wait. Money arrives and i bank cheque. Then he says he needs the phones in 2 days time or the deal is off. So i send them anyway, but the post office fuck up cus its bank holiday and they were short of staff, so anyway the phones arrive with him today and i get this email....
And now the phones have arrived i am more angry now.
Problem 1 . Phones are not correct, you sent me the old Sharp and the panasonic, when we agreed 2 new style sharps.
Problem 2. The are not new they have been used and are all scratched.
Problem 3 , one virtually in bits after it was sent in a bag.
Problem 4. One of them in on ornage , when you told me they were all on O2.
You have fucked about so much with me, if you dont tell me today what you are going to do , to sort this i will be going to the police later.
SO fucked off with this.
I didnt fuck him about, he didnt even ask if they were new  he didnt ask if they were unlocked I wrapped one up in bubble wrap so its bullshit that i broke..the one he sent me was fucked cus it was in a thin bag We agreeed to sharps but then i upgraded one to the GD87 ( better phone ) for no extra costs...and he OKed that...
Now he wants to ring the police...
HE IS A MEMBER ON HERE...and he dosnt exactly have a good rep on here for delivary time, but now hes calling the police?
Sorry for the essay but PLEASE let me hear your views!

I know, have i done anything wrong? Surely its his fault if he didn't ask enough questions, im not gunna say if he didnt ask....

So im not liable at all? Its the buyers fault for not asking enough questions....as i didn't lie...he didnt ask, ps the phones have had VERY VERY light use.

its classed as sold as seen, nothing can be done unless he can prove that you misadvertised the goods, police wont do anything, trading standards would be more likely, but even then i doubt very much anything would happen.

He didn't ask condition, he didnt ask if they were unlocked, i even posted them before the cheque had cleared so he would get them when he wanted them ( soon ) So i sent them and the post office were slow cus it was bank holiday and they were short on staff.
But now he's threating to call the police, he even said he was gunna send his mates round for me....so can i class that as harrasment ( i have it in emails )

if they are legit phones the police dont care, they not bothered about deals going wrong, unless stollen goods are involved or somit in that nature the police will do jack sh*t, dont worry mate,

keep the emails, now the person has said that and you have proof there is nothing he can do, infact you could turn it the other way round and do him for threatening you.
