Did anyone here that went to USC see that purple corsa kick som ass?

It looked like shit, had a 1.5 TD badge....but beat almost all of the cars on the track!!! That car was MEGA FAST!

Anyone know the specs...the guy that owned it was a tent down fro me but didnt wanna sound like a idiot and ask him to pull back his hood so i can check it out

looks like a shit box, no kit of anything?

if so the only one i can think of is the Corsa at PV which was running 13.1 1/4
as thats has 1.5td badges on

and is a TB XE

its either the 2l 16v on throttle bodies or the 2.2 dti 16v running 175 bhp plus NOS.

This car is just stupidly quick. I watched it all weekend beat subarus, pulsars, novas , renault 5's.....for it to just have a c20let and beat those cars would be somewhat hard to do.

thats why i said it was tuned & not a std lump

if its the petrol one then it is defo not an LET.
its got the 2l on TB's engine that redline used on one of there project cars years ago. has nos too i believe.

me and tim see this at PVS go up the track sum guy in an astra was laughing at it...then he pulled out a 13s 1/4 mile!
its runnin a 2.1 on Tbs apparently had wat looked like steelies on it too

Beardy and kris are right, i foud out about this car after pvs, it is a XE bored to 2.1 on TB's with 50bhp shot of nitrus, it ran a 13.1 at pvs but went pop near the end of the day, and yes its badged as a 1.5D
