Performance Vauxhall is approaching really fast now, a couple of weeks it'll be here. Sadly where I thought I might of had a nice dbilas inlet manifold and uni chip on my car taking it to around 110 bhp - I have not

and looks like it won't be happening for a while ...

Sadly this means my car will be ultra crap and slow (like last year in the hot weather). However, because we're driving all the way to santa pod, I can't go there and not go down the strip!!! but I don't want to run against some Cav GSI or XE Corsa as I'll just look stupid.

So who with a 1.2 16v or maybe 1.4 16v and 1.4 8v - is up for a race down the strip on the 6th of june?

I'd race for money or slips, but because I'm skint - we'll be racing for respect - To some people thats more important

Anyway - enough of the quotes from crap films, who seriously wants a race and has around 70-90 ish bhp - I don't care if I lose, just don't want to be humiliated. Go on - it'll be a laugh, I went down last year against a GSi and it was really good fun, the atmosphere is wicked!

Also I think some people should start finding challenges also off the site, some of these tuned 1.6's versus a 2.0 16v etc... I know last year most of the cars on the corsasport stand didn't even run

So... Who's up for a race?

the Distributerless system on my car varies the timing and crap when its warmer and just makes it run poo.

a) it's got the 1.7 now
