XE - Damn good fun when tuned with TB, but needs to be ragged to get the power.

LET - good quick fun for lazy drivers. Any gear, any rpm, put your foot down and it just goes.

So really what Ojc SHOULD be saying is that the XE is shit and you need a LET because it has more torque

not so, My old car pulled from 1500rpm.

Most people put on big T/B's or carbs which need to be up the rev range a bit to work best, the 42mm T/B's i had were ace.

well having compared my xe astra to the corsa let, the astra is more sturdy and nicer to drive but the corsas power is stupidly mental, however the xe isnt even modified at all yet
