Anyone seen the guy who has got the Toyota Van with the hot tub in the back and a sink and a shower ???

It was on Clarkson once I think, similar fairground lights on it to one in the pics and 200 speakers or something and a barbecue that folds out the side runs on gas, plus a proper toilet with electric motor.
