All i have eaten today is two pieces of toast I drink like a fish though as normal -- i.e. loads of tea

Cutting down on what i eat. Didn't get lunch or tea as i was busy. Will have breakfast in the morning now i think

you don;t have to cut down a lot you fool. eat 200 calories a day and do 30 mins of exersise. don't eat a lot of cake, buiscuits, sweets, fried foods. have 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, drink lots of water not sugary drinks like coke etc

drink 2 litres of water a day
usually about 3 oranges and 2 apples..

not much veg though......don't really do fried stuff..

still feel shite..........

Stopped eating buiscuts a few days back, then the sweets went and now all fried foods and pasties etc. I cannot eat fruit -- it tastes like crap along with salad. I don't drink Coke, it's bad for ya teeth and makes them brown.

Gonna start the gym in 6 weeks time as i have told myself i have to sort out my house by then and get the car through an MOT. I'm just a lazy bastard who will sit and his arse rather than do something. I even take my car to the shop, it's like a 3 min walk

5.5 i think and 8.5 stone (checked) . I'm not fat, thin to be honest, but i eat to much so i'm cutting down and doing some exercise. It will be no good in 10 years when i'm fat and have health probs will it

I suggest you don't diet if your 5ft 5 and only weight 8.5 stone. your underweight
