I've been today - wasn't too bad.

Weather stayed decent which was on thing

Reasonable mix of cars, most of which were seen last year but with tweaks for the new season. Lots of chrome rims about too!

IMO the modding scene has lost the plot. If you want a half decent motor these days you have to have £20k. Plus why o why hasnt there been more than 2 front bumpers released for the corsa since 2001?

Theres no range its all the same, im glad this nu custom bollox has died a quick death!

corsa's are old now anyway, you dont see many new kits coming out for mk1 clios etc either

anyway i think the fibreglass fast and furious stuff is past its peak thank god

before you were different to have a diffrent kit now u need:

£2k chrome 18"s
£3k spray job
£3k stero with as many screens as my local uci
£1k coilovers
£1k lambo doors

I mean? its all rubbish really. I agree you can go over the top with fibreglass but there are some nice kits out there and been many a kitted corsa in the past that look stunning. But it seems that now you have to have £20k to have a car thats "cool" which is kinda IMO completely the opposite point of modifying. Buiy a cheap car spend a fair bit on it to make it different and cool!

agree but i dont really mod for the benefit to impress other ppl i do it cos i enjoy having a nice looking car, guess its just what makes urself happy .

i think with modding there is a limit which many ppl seem to over do end of the day it is only a car and although its cool having a kitted car and all the rest of it there r much more better things in life ....such as holidays thats my 2 pence worth anyway
