ojc, i could be wrong mate so dont hold me to this, but fibreglass is very good at absorbing energy, so i thing in a crash, you should be ok, however the car would be totally fucked.

also with the shells being 1 piece, if you had a light bump, say the front quarter, would the whole shell have to be replaced?

mate of mine got rid of his TVR chimera for an M3 Evo

said it just didnt feel solid enough on motorway drives. bonnet lifted at speed. rattled from all over.
