My mate owns No.2 of series 1....no.1 was lhd and is owned by frank williams.

It was on the cover of the latest EVO, its P reg, cos it was registered late as it was the first RHD model.

Its tuned up with hillpower stuff and is mint, he also has no 200 of series 1 which is L reg..

As far as I know he wants to sell it,

It won't be cheap though.

It is the first rhd car, but it is a clio after all not a Porsche or an MGB or something properly collectable.

price hike over the 1.8 16v is rediculous though, could get a mint 16v and tune it up loads for the money of a williams

great car, crap driving position. steering wheel way too high, cant get comfy in them, steering wheel doesnt adjust..always feels like your sitting at a wierd angle..
but a cracking car..driven one, exceptional hot hatch in its day.
